We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Upon receiving the return, Yippy reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet Yippy's return policy requirements. Returns that arrive and are not in original condition may be refused, and if accepted, will be subject to a $7 restocking fee.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns for refund. Once the returned item is received, it may take 1-3 days for the item to be processed and reviewed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refund requests expire 30 days after the delivery date. Items on sale for 40% off or more are final sale.
