Express orders placed before 11am Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same business day. All other orders take 2-4 business days to process before shipping.

Free shipping U.S. on orders over $75. A free shipping code will be automatically selected and applied at checkout.

US PO BOX & APO ADDRESSES will be shipped by USPS.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide. For international orders, shipping costs are determined at checkout.

Please note that additional custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees in the country of delivery are charged at check out. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Delivery times are also estimated at check out. Usually international orders can take from 5-15 business days to deliver depending on your location.

We are unable to deliver to international Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our international courier can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

Pre-Order Items: are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.

Yippy Golf is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages: If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Upon receiving the return, Yippy reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet Yippy's return policy requirements. Returns that arrive and are not in original condition may be refused, and if accepted, will be subject to a $7 restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns for refund. Once the returned item is received, it may take 1-3 days for the item to be processed and reviewed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refund requests expire 30 days after the delivery date. Items on sale for 40% off or more are final sale.
